We are looking for IT Support Specialist (A supervisor level) to working with our client, one of the leading fashion retailer company in Thailand.   Location: Sathorn, Bangkok (Connected to BTS)  Working days:  Mon - Fri / 9.00 - 18,00  Responsibility

• Well-known for network equipment, printers, computer hardware, and computer accessories. The ability to operate and maintain Windows systems and resolve frequent desktop issues.
• Maintain an IT system infrastructure optimization management strategies and be knowledgeable about basic service business systems.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing potential security threats to organization systems and networks.
• Solid understanding of the software's architecture and application principles, be adept at setting up, configuring, and optimizing intermediate tiers and mainstream databases, understand SQL statements, and be able to use report tools' custom report and report development features.
• Understanding the business systems and processes of the organization and effectively communicating user needs to developers in a clear and understandable manner.
  Familiarity with backend configuration of popular point-of-sale and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including typical IT issues encountered in stores and their resolutions, as well as familiarity with new store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in IT field.
• Possesses strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage IT projects.
• Proficient in Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Visio, Xmind, Azure, POS, ERP systems, and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Well communication in English. (Chinese is preferrable).
