Japanese Speaking Admin Assistant, Manager / N1-N2 /

Responsibilities:

  • Full set of handling general administration.
  • Coordination and communication with the accounting department.
  • Japanese interpretation for sales activities with the sales department. (1time / week) 
  • Reporting to the Japanese MD, future communication with the head office in Japan will also be included.
  • Set up workflow, KPI, and company organization with Japanese MD

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in business administration, languages, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal) is essential, with a strong grasp of English for translation purposes.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a multinational environment or with Japanese clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in general affairs is preferred.
  • Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is an advantage.
  • Experience in the new-set-up company is an advantage.
