Job Details

• - Manage the process of obtaining and renewing necessary licenses and permits.

• - Ensure all licenses and permits are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and procedures and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to compliance and licensing activities.

• - Oversee the company's data protection practices and policies.

• - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with personal data protection laws.

• - Manage and coordinate responses to data breaches or privacy incidents.

• - Work closely with other teams to enhance data protection measures.

• - Maintain accurate records related to compliance activities, including risk assessments and incident reports. 

• - Provide legal advice and guidance in order to support the business teams within the company.

• - Review, draft and negotiate various type of documents, including commercial contracts and other legal documents.

Basic Qualifications:

• - A bachelor’s degree in law.

• - A lawyer license and/or being qualified as a Thai barrister-at-law is a plus.

• - At least 2 years of experience, solid knowledge and practices in corporate and commercial. 

• - In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, licensing procedures, personal data protection laws and relevant laws is preferable.

• - Hard-working, well organized, attention to details and strong analytical skills.

• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across entities within our group, contributing to legal compliance efforts across various business units.

• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• - Good command of English.

• - Competent user of MS Office programs, especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
