Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee mid to long-term Global HR strategies and short-term initiatives.
• Manage HR projects, budgets, and talent development across the whole company group.
• Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business units to define headcount, integrating this data with financial and operational metrics to analyze productivity and efficiency.
• Plan staffing strategies to support organizational growth and succession planning.
• Implement leadership and assessment tools for talent development.
• Ensure global alignment of HR frameworks and tools.
• Facilitate meetings and manage HR governance documents.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in HR strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, budget control, talent management, and headcount management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English required , additional languages a plus.
