POSITION:                        SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
BUSINESS:                         REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
SALARY:                             80,000 – 130,000 THB / MONTH
LOCATION:                       BANGKOK
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for prospective investments, including financial, marketing, and physical assessments of the assets.
Execute on-site market surveys to gain a profound understanding of local demographics, lifestyles, demand patterns, and emerging trends.
Substantial involvement in hosting a market focus group.
Conduct research on the industrial real estate market, comparing findings with the company's projects and applying insights to enhance each project's effectiveness.
Prepare internal and external presentation materials and documents (e.g., Board of Director presentation, investment memorandum)
Provide support across all phases of project development and operations, from conceptualization and legal processes to property development and strategic planning.
Assist in restructuring the existing operations - to maximize the potential and increase the efficiency of the projects.
Lead and nurture the land acquisition team to identify new potential lands for developing new projects.

Qualifications:

5 years of real estate development/project management with developer.
Undergraduate degree in architect, engineer, finance, real estate development, economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and research skills.
Ability to analyze data and present key findings both verbally and in written form.
Proficiency in a full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Basic understanding of real estate finance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written)
Proficiency in English language.
