POSITION:   ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
BUSINESS:   REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
LOCATION:  BANGKOK
SALARY:       60,000 - 90,000 THB/MONTH Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible for monitoring the EIA process in collaboration with a local partner (real estate developer) 
•    Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion. 
•    Check design and construction progress with our local partner.  
•    Propose a better solution to address project delays.  
•    Check design drawings as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation
•    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. 
•    Supervise construction sites and check the building quality.  
•    Propose better designs to improve building quality. 
•    Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor.  
•    Interpret Thai/Eng conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings. 
Qualifications: 
•    5+ years of construction management required  
•    Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer  
•    Experience of private residence, mixed-use, condominium building’s project management 
•    Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and management skills  
•    Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.  
•    Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and word)  
•    Excellent knowledge in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar  
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written)  
•    Strong communication skills - for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, professionals, and workers on site  
•    Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
