POSITION:                        CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
SALARY:                             100,000 – 150,000 THB
LOCATION:                       BANGKOK
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams to promote productivity and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.
