Location: Bangkok Responsibilities

Drive, manage, and guide important areas of focus and challenges for Plant operations.
Oversee projects and key stakeholder, and lead meetings to ensure projects move forward as planned and achieve desired results. Also, identify risks and issues and come up with solutions to solve them.
Create rules, structures, and plans for all important initiatives at the plant, and help plant leaders make plans and get everyone on the same page.
Look into the entire manufacturing process, from start to finish, to find ways to make it better by studying data, comparing it to others, and using performance measures.
Work together with relevant stakeholders to explore innovative approaches that can improve operational efficiency and lead to overall optimization of the plant. This includes improvements in areas such as workforce management, costs, quality, customer service, resilience, adaptability, and sustainability.
Utilize data analytics by using tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of manufacturing operations.
Keep an eye on what's happening in the manufacturing world and learn about the best ways to do things.
Oversee the budget for strategic operations, making sure resources are used wisely and effectively allocated.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing
At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership level.
Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies with a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, management, or executive leadership to achieve alignment and facilitate decision-making.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Competence in utilizing data analysis tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiar with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing environments.
Familiar with international working environment and manufacturing operations
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
