Job vacancy Regional Bid Manager (Logistic)

Our client is one of the international logistics & freight forwarding companies. Due to its expansion, they are looking to have Tender Manager to take care of bid tender globally. 
Location: Bkk City
Salary: 100,000 THB
  Responsibilities
 

• Ensure adherence to Regional and Corporate tender management processes and guidelines.
• Develop compelling proposals for Corporate and strategic Key Accounts, as well as identified Local and Regional Key Accounts.
• Create and maintain bid document templates, reviewing pricing with bid owners and product managers.
• Handle responses and provide assistance on RFI / RFQ requests from overseas.
• Assist in maintaining a pricing database of current transportation rates for bid benchmarking.
• Support monthly updates of tender data records and follow up on tender progress.
• Collaborate with other functional groups such as Procurement, IT, Legal, QHSE, Key Account Management, Industry Verticals, and Trade Lane Development, as well as customers, to create and deliver competitive and high-quality proposals.
• Ensure post-bid analysis is conducted by bid owners for all tenders, successful and unsuccessful alike.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience in bid / tender management and a minimum of 3 years in the Transportation / Logistics industry, with functional experience in freight forwarding.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and numerical skills.
• Capable of challenging colleagues to deliver competitive and timely offers while fostering a spirit of teamwork.
• Pricing and market knowledge of the Asia Pacific region and EU is preferred
• Ability to interpret company strategy and translate it into proposals and bids, as well as identify new opportunities.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and analyzing RFI and RFQ documents in a timely manner.
• Fluency in Thai and English
