The Company is Japanese, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as
HR Assistant Manager (Workplace around Rama 3, Chongnonsri, Yanawa, Bangkok)
Position :           HR Assistant Manager
Location:         Rama 3, Chongnonsri, Yanawa, Bangkok
Business:          Automotive parts Trading
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 18.00 PM
Job Description

• Handle overall loops in HR and general administration tasks in office.
• Manage compensation, benefits, regulation for employees.
• Updating company regulation, monitoring legal compliance, and implementing related with human resource.
• Maintain and updating Thai labour law to keep information up to date.
• Handling payroll payment for Employees, deduction, Personal Tax and Social Security Fund, Provident Fund.
• Perform administrative tasks across a range of HR areas.
• Handle complain from employees, resolve issues between management and employees.
• Handling Visa Work permit for expat employees.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualification

• Welcoming Thai
• The candidate is required over 8 years in HR, Payroll.
• Knowledge in Labor law and payroll will be advantage.
• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel
• Able to travel to work around Rama 3, Chongnonsri, Yanawa, Bangkok
