Position: BOI Supervisor - Manager
Salary: 30,000 THB ~ 50,000 THB

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:00 – 17:00

Job Description

Support business under BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits under BOI

Oversee BOI related issues include import raw material and machine under BOI privileges, administrating EMT and RMTS system, product formula and waste management

Prepare reports to BOI as required

Monitor and ensure the export shipment in accordance with the required delivery to customers

Arrange customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers

Co-ordinate with warehouse for incoming goods and direct deliveries to customers

Provide import and export shipping documents

Coordinate with Logistics Control Tower and customers (internal/external) on the current status of export shipment and it whereabouts

Check and verify forwarder's billings invoices according to agreed rates

Maintain and update files on curriers rates and quotations.

Participate World Class Manufacturing activities

Report to Japanese GM

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher Degree in related field
• Male/Female Age not over 45 years old. (Female prefer)
• Experience 3-10 years of BOI Officer experience at electric products factory.
• Computer proficiency in MS office and e-mail communication.
• Able to communicate in English, and Japanese would be advantage.
• Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
