System Analyst Manager

Responsibility

• Create, manage, design, and analyze core business applications and reports.
• Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of processes and workflows, providing insightful suggestions for enhancement.
• Identify potential areas for system or process modifications that can optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop meticulous plans and specifications for IT projects, taking charge of implementation and ensuring adherence to set plans and targets.
• Prepare risk mitigation plan.
• Gather and analyze system requirements.
• Foster close collaboration with internal and external teams to execute plans seamlessly.
• Actively participate in defining, testing, training, implementing, and supporting system requirements.
• Maintain open communication and provide regular updates on the progression of projects.
• Document configuration changes and meticulously schedule application updates.
• Conduct routine reviews to ensure timely and effective resolution of team challenges.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualification

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Accumulate 7-10 years of pertinent work experience, showcasing a track record of success.
• Demonstrate an intermediate to advanced understanding of ERP, SAP B1, and POS Software.
• Exhibit proficiency in navigating software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge in Database Administration, SQL Query, Crystal Report, and Application Coding.
• Experience in the retail business.
