• Fluent communication in Thai and good communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or related.
• Have Leadership and Team Management
• Startup experience / Small Business Controller with a very high level of responsibility.
• Have experience in Gaming, Influencer, Marketing Agency, E-commerce industry.

  Job Description:

• Effectively lead regional accounting teams for accurate and timely reporting.
• Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting:
• Manage month-end closing procedures, reviewing revenues, expenses, and variances.
• Plan and verify revenue, cost of goods sold, and margins.
• Conduct bi-monthly/quarterly P&L and budget meetings.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Actively manage cash flows and allocate working capital to regional subsidiaries.
• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
• Stay updated on local and regional taxation and accounting regulations.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Strategic Financial Analysis and Business Synergy:
• Provide financial analysis for operational decisions.
• Identify synergies across the business ecosystem through innovative models.
• Report financial insights regularly and ad hoc to the management team.
•  Assure internal controls and compliance.
• Develop and monitor business metrics, staying updated on processes and IT advancements.
