We are working on an excellent opportunity to join a developer of crop nutrition solutions with a specific focus on farming in Asia.

Our client is looking for a talented Sales Manager to develop and implement their commercial, sales and marketing strategies in Thailand. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to groom a local sales and agronomist team for the Thailand market, drive the overall go-to-market and organizational strategy, financial analysis, compliance and legal obligations related to the Thailand office. He/she will also be responsible for helping to obtain new product registrations to commence local sales and marketing activities.

With a wide reach in scientific ecosystems and partner networks, our client works with top Asia University-ranked institutions and the world's most recognised public and private sector research partners, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales person to join a start-up in Thailand.

Qualifications:

• Degree inAgronomy or Agriculture-related field.

• 8+ years of experience in commodity and/or speciality fertilisers in Thailand.

• Strong networks in crop protection from distributors, retailers and customers in Thailand.

• Able to drive with a valid car driving license.
