Our client is a startup  company with a focus on medical aesthetic devices.  Job Responsibilities

• Research market trends and customer needs to shape brand strategies.
• Plan and execute brand strategies to boost product awareness and revenue.
• Run marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to meet goals.
  Monitor and adjust brand initiatives for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations in all marketing activities.
  Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Provide in-field teams with tools and information for effective brand promotion.
• Identify and address potential risks to the brand's success.
• Develop clear training materials for stakeholders to understand the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or medicine (e.g., pharmacy).
• Over 4 years of experience in sales or account management, including a minimum of 2 years in brand management or marketing within the medical devices and aesthetics industry. 
• Ability to review clinical papers and create relevant claims.
• Possess knowledge of marketing concepts and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
