Position: Senior Business Analyst / Business AnalysLocation: BTS AsokeSalary: 40,000 THB / Month Mon-Fri Bonus  Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.

Market Research:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for business strategy development.
• Analyze and interpret market data to support decision-making processes.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze data for actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and analysis results.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business leaders, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the business consulting services.

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a business consulting or advisory capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
