​Our client is a leading food ingredient and agriculture manufacturer.

The head of Farm and Sustainability will be responsible for agricultural crop management, sustainability, and innovation programs across Thailand and South East Asia, for our clients agriculture farms across the region. This role will be responsible for developing comprehensive long-term and annual plans for sourcing and farm development strategies, working with data and analytics for farm sourcing and sustainability, providing valuable insights into market dynamics.

This role will be managing a team of agronomists as well as collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders in driving the company strategies and goals in sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Degree inand Agronomy or Agriculture related field.

• Excellent understanding of agriculture and sustainability programs.

• Experience in leading cross-functional and regional teams, and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.

• Skills in sourcing, agricultural practice, leadership, project management, critical thinking, and communication.

• Able to drive with a valid car driving license.

• Able to travel across provinces for supplier visits.
