Position : Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities : 

• Oversee all related contracted services including architectural, engineering, construction, and relocation services.
• Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan to ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external such as product development, business development, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external such as product development, business development, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Estimate construction budget and control construction cost according to approval budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Male, not over 35 years old.
• At least 2 year’s experience in Project Management.
• Preferable background in Textile , Clothing , Sport product goods
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details in provided information.
• Good Command in English, (Chinese is preferable.)
