Job Description:
 
  • Handle Personal Assistant tasks to CEO.
  • Coordinating and booking travelling arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel accommodation, local transportation, and visa applications.
  • Manage daily workflows and business correspondence.
  • Partnership with HR for any employee relation and activities.
  • Partnership with Sales for any purchasing and expense update.
  • Develop and implement internal and external communications concepts.
  • Organize new business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Provide office administrative support for daily operation.
  • Other job assignments for both local and overseas etc.

Requirements:
 
  • BA/MA in Business Administrative and related fields.
  • Min 5-10 years in Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to Top Management Level (COO, CEO, MD)
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience in airlines  or travel industries will be a plus. Knowledge of airlines or travel agent reservations and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organization skills are a must.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skill, with independent thinking and proactive mindset
  • Effective time-management, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Good command of computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
