Job vacancy Area Financial Analyst (Manager)

Job Description :  

• Analyze the activity of the area through the monthly financial reporting, allow a consistent evaluation of the Area’s performance
• Share the findings of the the analysis and suggest on how to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the local and Area reporting processes in coordination with the Area Financial Director
• Set-up and produce on a monthly basis dashboards to give the Area management a synthetic visibility on the performance, past and anticipated and to highlight the potential risks and opportunities.

• Validate that the financial information is accurate, strictly compliant with group rules and standards and homogeneous throughout the area by running regular audit type checks and assessing the links between the general ledger and the management reporting chart of accounts.
• To assist in sharing the expectation of the HQ in terms of reporting needs and make sure that the same have been complied to by all the affiliates

• Coordinate the yearly budget and monthly estimate processes in the entities of the Area in support of the Area Financial Director. Consolidate the monthly estimate and analyze in a simple summary the gap between these monthly estimates (previous month’s ones) and the budget.
• Participate actively in the maximization of the Area’s performance by continuously looking for areas of improvement in the usage of financial resources.
• Consolidate all estimate and budget reporting of the affiliates

• Help in coordinating any problem being faced by any of the affiliate are addressed to in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the affiliates in the Area in making sure that the expectations in terms of financial numbers are discussed and finalized are finally captured in the tools based on the timeline agreed 

• Support the Area Financial Director in carrying out analysis on specific items, projects etc. that may be of importance to the Area

Qualification : 

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least 10 years working in accounting experience in a multinational company, with an audit background is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize and results driven.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate (oral and written) with teams in various countries. providing clear and concise recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, accountability, demonstrate initiative and process improvement
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheet, MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with experience using Power BI is preferred.
