POSITION:                        GENERAL MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE/AIRCRAFT BUSINESS
INDUSTRY:                        AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE BUSINESS
LOCATION:                       BANGKOK
SALARY:                             200,000 – 250,000 THB
Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Management:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall operation of the aircraft maintenance business.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the performance of various departments and ensure alignment with the company's vision.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and maintenance protocols.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to enhance maintenance processes.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
Implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and revenue growth.
Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and client acquisition.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of changes in aviation regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
Implement and enforce safety measures and industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance operations, with a proven track record of leadership.
In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Prior experience in a managerial role within the aviation industry is highly desirable.
