Salary:                                     45,000 – 55,000 THB / Month

Working Day:                          Only Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and initiate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.
- Establish and execute inspection procedures for incoming materials and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and non-conformities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities.
- Generate reports on quality performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on quality criteria.
- Address customer complaints related to product quality.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality control processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering or Industrial Technology).
Proven experience in quality control or assurance, with at least 10 years in Plastic Injection manufacturer.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Able to speak Japanese would be an advantage.
