Question for Panasonic Service Center

My LUMIX Panasonic DMC LX100 is not working correctly: I can still take pictures but the scroll wheel doesn't seem to answer - it moves alone on screen recklessly and suddenly stops - doesn't answer to me anyway which stops me from being able to access settings or anything. Is it broken? How can I fix it I am in Bangkok for 24h!
