Question for Wine & Spirit Trading Co., Ltd.

I have just purchased a carton of Bin 514 in Chaing Ria. Unfortunately it has gon off and undrinkable. The vendor refuses to refund and states it is your problem. Please can you help and replace this carton before I seek advise on social media
