Position: Japanese Speaking HR & GA Specialist

Location: Bangkok (Metro blue line) 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HR-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee general administration tasks, such as office facilities, vendor management, and compliance matters.
• Provide HR and GA support to Japanese employees and management, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on labor laws, visa regulations, and immigration processes to ensure legal compliance and support visa/work permit applications for international employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in HRM, HR, Secretary and GA roles, preferably in Japanese companies.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in HR, MS Office Suite, and other HR-related software.
