POSITION: SENIOR SALES MANAGER

SALARY: 150,000 – 200,000 THB
Job Description:
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to all sales teams, developing strategies, programs, and processes to achieve increased sales and market shares. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the Sales teams strategically, developing programs and processes to enhance sales and market shares.
• Develop and manage the annual Biz & Operational plan, covering sales revenue targets, ordering requirements, and costs, ensuring sustainable pricing aligned with market trends.
• Coordinate sales planning and forecasting for monthly vehicle production orders, considering sales history, trends, and lead times.
• Implement effective sales plans across retail, wholesale, and fleet sectors, establishing market share objectives and dealer targets with countermeasure plans.
• Establish and monitor Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and incentive programs to motivate the network and achieve continuous sales growth.
• Maintain an effective Stock Sales Run Down (SSRD) to achieve sales, stock, and pipeline coding targets.
• Monitor and report budget versus actuals, recommending fund reallocation to support sales strategies.
• Report sales and market penetration results against KPIs to key stakeholders, coordinating adhoc reporting as required.
• Oversee Company Fleet operations, ensuring effective management, provision, and movement of vehicles for various purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in sales operations, sales planning, or related roles within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrable track record in automotive brands with the ability to develop clear strategic directions.
• Strong ability to deliver results and foster teamwork to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
