Responsibilities:

• Serve as strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Proven experience as HRBP in dynamic environments. Strong grasp of HR best practices and employment laws. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive change. 
• Proficient in organizational development and analytics.
