Job Description

• Handling complaints and quality-related inquiries from customers.
• Prepare materials report for customers.
• Examination of causes of complaints and countermeasures. Work together with department members and other department personnel.
• Preparing for process audits for customers.
• Improvement work for points pointed out. Work together with department members and other department personnel.
• After producing trial products, check the appearance inspection results and dimensional measurement results to confirm trends. If any problems are detected, feedback will be provided to the FA department.
• Participation in design reviews.
• Support work for process managers (supervisors, foreman).
