Job vacancy Maintenance Facility Engineer

Our client is the manufacturing of Medical device, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following:

Position:                Maintenance Facility Engineer
 Salary:                  45,000-50,000 Baht (total package)
 Location:              Bowin, Chonburi
 Working Day:       Monday - Friday (8.am-17.30 am)

Responsibilities:  

• Manage and maintain the facility’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing and clean room systems.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of new equipment, including HVAC systems, chillers, generators and clean room system
• Ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Provide technical support to the facilities team, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Work with contractors to ensure that all work is completed to the required standard.
• Manage the facility’s energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and guidelines.

 Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering field.
• At least 5 years exp. of Facility Management in manufacturing industry.
• Having background from Medical device would be advantage.
• Experience of HVAC, chiller, generator, plumbing , clean room, mechanical/electrical work.
• Good command of English communication .
