Job vacancy IT & ERP Engineer

Our client is a global MNCs in medical industries, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following:

Position:         IT & ERP Engineer
Salary:           45,000 - 50,000 Baht/ mth (depend on experience)
Location:        Bowin, Chonburi

Job description:
- IT office equipment (printer, telephone, fax, etc.) and software installation and maintenance.
- Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection, setting up user AD accounts, permissions and passwords, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems.
- Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services, proactively find out the potential problem and solve it to ensure the network more stable.
- Adopt the related measures to monitor network and prevent from authorized access, ensure the network and information security.
- In charge of the Priority ERP system daily management and maintenance.
- Collect the ERP system improvement demand from the users.
- Optimize the procedures with internal system based on ERP system ability and operation.
- Follow up the questions or problems from the users and give the solution or feedback in time.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor as necessary to accomplish company objectives
- Lead in the administration of Fix asset for all IT equipment
- Responsible for user support on IT office equipment usage.
- Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
- Company network designing, implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining in addition.
- Responsible for ERP system for daily usage. ERP system development, implementing, testing training and training manual preparation, report development.  
- Provide training to new ERP members and assistant manager to finish some problem.
- MS SQL command and coding for create, edit, delete.
- O365 Platform, SharePoint, Power BI.
 

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
•  Ability to work under pressure with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Good command of English, with the ability to write, read, and speak           fluently.
