Position: Freight Forwarder Division Manager (Sea & Air)
Location: Bangkeaw, Bangplee, Samutprakarn
Industry: Logistics/ Freight Forwarder
Nationality: Japanese Company

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Job Description:

• Manage air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.                                                      
• Oversee the entire shipping process, from cargo booking to final delivery, and implement efficiency improvements.                                                     
• Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.          
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.                                                    
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.                                                
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.                                            
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation costs without compromising service quality.                                             
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the freight forwarding department.                                                   
• Address and resolve operational challenges, customer issues, and disputes in a proactive and timely manner.                                                   
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.  
• Other on the assignment.                                                      

Qualification:

• Salary around 85,000 - 100,000 THB
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in freight forwarding with a focus on air and sea logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and trade regulations.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with industry software and technologies.
• Good command in English.
