Job vacancy Engineering Manager (Medical/Electronics

Our client is the leading of Medical device product, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following:

Position:            Engineering Manager (Medical/Electronics)
 Salary:               100,000-120,000 Baht (total package)
 Location:            Bowin, Chonburi
 Working Day:     Monday - Friday+ Saturday 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the engineering department's day-to-day operations, including new product introduction, manufacturing, customer interface, equipment design/commission, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain product design and manufacturing processes to ensure that the products are of high quality and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, to ensure seamless production processes and successful product launches.
• Provide information for RFQ to PMO department. Working directly with Commercial Team and customers on technical topics.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that products are developed and produced in accordance with customer requirements, and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Driving continuous improvement (CI) for cost saving and work efficiencies thorough process optimization, automation and other ways.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team to develop their skills and expertise, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure their professional growth and development.
• Manage equipment design, commissioning, and maintenance activities, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide engineering technical support to production and other departments, such as investigation on engineering related activities in regards to quality investigations on NCRs, CAPAs and customers complaints.
• Compliance to companies’ standards and procedures, including FDA, ISO 13485 etc.
• Continuously monitor and improve the engineering department's performance to meet the company's objectives and improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering field.
• Strong managerial skill, operation and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including design, manufacturing, and maintenance of medical devices.
• Having background from Medical device or Electronics industry would be advantage.
• Good command of English communication.
