Job vacancy Gym Manager

Our client is a sport training center and e-commerce of sport goods .  Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize facilities layouts for maximum efficiency.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
• Handle general administration and financial duties (budgeting and financial records, etc.)
• Maintain good relationship and solve service problems to be able to meet the member's needs.
• Arrange programs and activities for members.
• Coordinate with partners/dealers for sales and marketing purposes to promote the gym.
• Make forecast reports, weekly, monthly sales activities, sales performance report of each month and annual target/KPI.

​​​​​​ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sport Science, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in general management of sport club, fitness, or hotel. 
• Management mind-set with multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
