Job vacancy Architecture Manager

Work Location : Bangkok (BTS Ploenchit)
Working time   : Mon. - Fri. 8:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.

Job Description

• Coordinate between clients and team.
• Review the presentation and preliminary drawings & co-ordinate for turnkey projects.
• Responsible for estimate material and overall cost of construction.
• Responsible for preparing architectural drawings to submit for permission from the government.
• Attending the consultant and clients, outsourcing designer and attend site meetings.
• Monitor work program and submission schedule.
• Design works and assignments from supervisor.

Job requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture with professional architect license (level 2)
• More than 5 years of experiences in Architect/Interior Design, especially Factory
• Good command of computer programs such as Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Revit2019, Photoshop, Lumion, Illustrator, MS office, etc.
• Good command in English.
• Team communications, Management time, Responsibility skills and willing to work hard.
