Position: QA/QC Manager (Injection Molding)
Salary: Total package 50,000 THB
Welfares: Bonus 3 months
Location: Bowin, Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:

Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Evaluate and qualify suppliers through audits and ongoing monitoring to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
Work closely with suppliers to address quality concerns and drive improvements in their processes.
Provide training to employees on quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
Foster a quality-focused culture within the organization through training and awareness programs.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with relevant requirements.
Interface with regulatory agencies and customers during audits and inspections.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports to management on key performance indicators and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

Male/ Female, age 30 – 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management, industrial technology).
Proven experience in quality management and quality control, with a focus on Injection Molding process.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is often required.
Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
Able to work under pressure and work every Saturday.
