Position: Structural Design Engineer

Location: Bangbo, Samutprakarn

Our client is the global company specializes in formwork and shoring solutions for all types of concrete construction projects across North America, South America, Europe, Asia. We are looking for Structural Design Engineer who has experience as Project Engineer or Structural Engineer from engineering service, real estate, and construction or any related business. Candidate should have mechanical aptitude with ability to handle basic mathematical calculations plus the team and project management skill within project lead time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering project and drafting from sales team as requested by establishing safe forming concepts and developing feasible engineering plans based on the current overall engineering workload and priorities.

• Monitor engineering and drafting of standard formwork project and coordinate with internal stakeholder for any related matter.

• Perform formwork structural analysis and ensure equipment safety usage.
• Ensure the compile calculations to be submitted with erection drawings for Engineering Assurance to review and approve prior to shipping process.

• Team management: lead and direct subordinate to reach the KPI performance.

• Updates drafting and engineering standards, as appropriate.
• Any tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Civil Engineering, and any related fields.
• Experience at least 5 years as Project Engineer, Structural Engineer from engineering service, real estate, and construction as well as related business.
• Strong in Mechanical aptitude with ability to handle basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience in team management and good team player.
• Logical thinking, fast learner, good project management and able to work under pressure.
• Strong English communication with ability to work with overseas team.
• Ability to commute overseas as business trip.
