Job description
- Manage office supplies, equipment, conduct contract and renewal processes, schedule meetings, appointments, and any events.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Age around 35-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Having general affairs, HR Administration, office management, secretary or related tasks at over 6-8 years.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing various tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2+) and moderate in English.
- Being detail-oriented is important for tasks such as managing records, coordinating events, and overseeing office facilities.
