Senior HR Manager Location : Praram9, BangkokWorking Time: Mon-Fri. 08.30-17.30 JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Milwaukee’s goals and objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on HR
matters, business decisions, and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, programs,
and initiatives.
• Stay abreast of local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and proactively addressing any
potential risks or issues.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous
improvement in HR practices and processes.
• Drive the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, and selection, to
attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee the performance management process, ensuring effective goal setting, performance
evaluations, and career development plans for employees.
• Partner with department heads to identify training and development needs, and design and deliver
learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment that reflects the
company's values and promotes employee well-being.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate,
and retain employees, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional
development opportunities.
• Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions,
and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Manage & implement departmental budget.
• Oversee office operations and administration, including facilities management, vendor management,
and procurement of office supplies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined administrative
procedures.
• Payroll task.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's
degree or professional HR certification is preferred.
• Proven experiences, with at least 10+ years, as an HR Manager, preferably in a multinational
organization, with a focus on Thailand or the Southeast Asia region.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Partnership-mentality and a can-do attitude with the ability to get involved in all tasks, comfortable
with ambiguity and confident in charting a course of project delivery, operating as one team for ‘One
Asia’.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with
organizational goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in organizational development, change management, and driving cultural transformation
initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations,
employee engagement and compensation & benefit
• Creative approach to identifying and researching top talent; using traditional Executive TA tools and
technologies, adept at preparing industry target lists and sector maps with sound knowledge of
executive levels within other organizational structures, as well as access to a wider professional
network for sourcing and referral relationship building activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Payroll experiences.
