Employee Welfare Manager
Location: Bangkok

Collaborate with the Director of Performance & Rewards to contribute to the formulation of the health and wellbeing strategy.
Formulate, update, and communicate wellbeing policies and procedures to ensure a supportive and healthy work environment.
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of a diverse range of wellbeing programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
Foster a culture of wellbeing by actively engaging with employees, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback to tailor programs to their needs.
Take charge of implementing health and wellbeing initiatives within the organization.
Monitor and track activities aimed at enhancing health and wellbeing across the company.
Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of wellbeing programs, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with HR, benefits, occupational health, and safety teams to integrate wellbeing initiatives seamlessly into overall employee support systems.
Manage the budget allocated for employee wellbeing programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Thai and English.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a wellbeing-focused role, with a track record of successfully implementing and managing employee health and wellbeing programs.
Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Certification in wellness, health promotion, or related fields is a plus.
Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine interest in supporting employee wellbeing.
Able to handle big company sizing (1000-5000 employees).
Candidate must have own car (working location cannot access by MRT or BTS).
