Whatsnew is a parent company that owns various properties, such as Venbi.com, Petloft.com, Sanoga.com, and Lafema.com. Each of these properties has its own mission and branding, catering to the women’s audience in a given niche. Whatsnew's goal is to meet the demands of each niche market through a boutique shopping experience for its customers. To achieve this, Whatsnew utilizes a multi-vertical approach, which allows them to acquire customers at a low cost and then cross-promote to their higher margin websites. In 2014, Whatsnew was acquired by Moxy and changed its name accordingly. In 2015, Moxy merged with the Indonesian e-commerce company Bilna and is now known as Orami.
