Reviews of P Transport - Phuket

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Avoid like the plague!!!! We paid for the Ferry: Phuket - Lanta (via an agent, the ticket specifically stated it! - SO CHECK THE ACTUAL END PROVIDER ON YOUR TICKET!!). They had us sitting on some pavement after transfer, for 45 mins while our ferry left, we complained to deaf ears (while our ferry left). Then the shouty lady (Owner?) and her androgynous lacky ran for it once we realised what they were doing!! Leaving just an elderly driver and me with my family of 6 inc one child 2 days out of hospital and one severely sick - (that's why we paid for the ferry: room, speed and air!!!!!) An hour later we were herded into a full minivan for the 6 hour trip - it was stifling, filthy and stuffed full (we picked up and dropped off a stray soldier, friends and packages all the way - delivering all before finally getting us there). We were the actual packages of course, the others got the service meanwhile we paid double the price for the privilege of helping the driver's mates. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
