where shall i start, the lady who served us at the kiosk was very polite,friendly and informative ...... thats where the good service ended,pick up from hotel turned up late ok no problem except the proper attitude- he was grunting,groaning and moaning, chucking our luggage in the back of the car like old boxes.. didnt speak or choose not to speak english when we questioned him (ok we dont speak thai either,so let that go).. we were then taken to a meeting point a shop where the lady behind the counter was very rude and abrupt to many customers in front of us,one of which had words the lady.. then the bus turned up which we all got on no air con,everyone was sweating the poor fellow in front of us had everyones luggage on him we opened windows to let air in and the vehicle come to a shuddering halt with the driver shouting abuse at me to close the window i explained that he's air conditioning was not working and everyone was hot so we continued to sweat for several hours to the next port of call then the gentleman in that shop wanted 300baht each which we had to pay him for our onward travel from koh sumui port to our hotel even though we had hotel picking us up so never needed his help in that respect-plus we were also told by other customers it was only 150 baht on board the ferry..(still everybody has to earn a penny)..but then we was given a barrage of abuse ranging him saying f......king london f......king english for about 20 mins why we were waiting for the next bus parading up and down the streets out side the shop shouting this which really upset me and saying thailand people dont want english here and he would call many people to cause us trouble, then we get on the bus get to the port get off the ferry go to hotel check my bag which i find i have been robbed so they must hide underneath the luggage area on bus(which we have since learnt this has been common practice for many years) wouldnt mind but it was padlocked up and the padlock was nowhere to be seen ............so i suggest and will be suggesting to others to not use this company as you may well get abused and robbed,as my partner and i were...we are travelling asia-especially thailand extensively for the next year,we are in our mid 40's and are well travelled and can honestly say this is the worse treatment i have ever experienced any where worldwide for a service we're paying for..shocking behaviour by every person involved in the tour apart from the young lady at the kiosk....if this was my first day in the land of a thousand smiles i would never come back but the people of thailand over the last 3 months are wonderful,polite and smiley happy people-today must have been a bad hair day for those you employ
