there is no samsung customer service...they never answer phone....2 hours listening to a stupid recorded message...Samsung is pathetic they do not know what customer service is ...what a waste of time money and effort trying to contact them....they can sell shit products with a shit customer service ...I will never deal with this company again.....listening to a recorded message for hours ...what a fucking rip off....SAMASUNG IS A FUCKING JOKE
