Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry with a focus on Japanese ingredients or frozen food products.
• Able to communicate in English at a business level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.

Job description: 

• Find new customers and visit them to present the company's products. 
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, and other events to promote products.
