Qualifications
- At least 3 years Japanese Restaurant experience.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- High level of Hygiene knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Japanese cuisine.- Able to communicate in English. 

Responsibilities - Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring and cleanliness.
- Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to traditional recipes and standards.
- Handling raw ingredients and Japanese cuisine cooking.- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the established quality and presentation standards.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
