- Service Level Management (SLA): Establish and oversee SLAs to surpass customer expectations.
- Change management: The process of controlling change while reducing operational disruptions.

- More than 5 years' experience managing IT services, with an emphasis on process design and enhancement.
- Strong technical understanding of incident, problem, and change management as well as ITSM tools.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Ability to cooperate in a cross-functional team environment.
