Our client is a  media company.  Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective plans to meet company goals by studying market trends and seizing opportunities.
• Monitor sales metrics to gauge plan effectiveness and take corrective actions if needed to meet or exceed targets.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing issues promptly for lasting partnerships.
• Manage sales budgets efficiently, allocating resources wisely and implementing cost-effective strategies.
  Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
• Communicate effectively with teams, executives, and clients, both verbally and in writing, to present plans, provide updates, and address inquiries.
• Solve challenges in the sales process proactively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Be flexible and able to adjust strategies quickly in response to changes in the market or business priorities.
   

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience in media or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead sales from planning to closing.
• Strong business understanding and great coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in Thai and English.
