POSITION:          GM – PLASTIC MUNUFACTURING

BUSINESS:           MOLD MANUFACTURING 

LOCATION:          BANGKOK – SAMUTPRAKRAN

SALARY:               150,000 – 200,000 THB

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our plastic molding manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the plastic molding manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in plastic injection molding and blow molding manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and achieving cost savings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing plans to achieve business growth and profitability.
