Our client is Japanese Company, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as
HR Assistant Manager - Manager (Workplace around Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathumthani)
Position :           HR Assistant Manager - Manager
Location:          Pathumthani, Navanakorn Industrial Estate
Business:          Warehouse & Logistics

Salary:              50,000 – 65,000 THB / month

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM, (Saturday depending on job tasks)

Job Description

• Handle over tasks in HR, HRM and HRD.
• Handling Payroll, calculation, OT, deduction, salary.
• Manage recruitment process, compensation and benefits, welfare.
• Providing Visa & Working Permit & Foreign service.
• Manage performance evaluation, manpower planning.
• Proving relate report to management level, monthly report & annual report concern to HR job.
• Providing training plan to top management level.
• Others jobs assigned by Manager.

Qualification

• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or any related fields.
• Over 5 years’ experience in HR, HRD, HRM.
• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
• Able to travel to work around Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathumthani.
