  • Collaborate with the Talent Director to establish effective governance for Critical Roles and Succession Planning.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive process for identifying and developing High Potential talent, working closely with HR Business Partners.
  • Partner with HRBPs to plan and execute development strategies for successors in Director-level, critical managerial positions, and High-Potential roles.
  • Lead talent reviews within departments and guide the talent assessment process.
  • Develop and execute career mapping and advancement plans for Critical, High-Potential, and Top Talent.
  • Take ownership of the Competency Framework process and collaborate with HRBPs on its implementation across various functions.
  • Assist the Talent Director in driving the Chief Talent Officer program.
  • Collaborate with Directors, HRBPs, and the Leadership and Capability team to design and implement the Leadership Development Roadmap for successors to critical roles.
  • Work with the Talent Director and P&R to establish a robust promotion governance system for Director and Manager-level positions.
  • Manage the Talent Management dashboard and reports, analyzing internal talent data and external market benchmarks to provide recommendations and interventions.
  • Develop and execute communication and change management strategies to support the implementation and sustainability of talent development programs.
  • Design and implement a thorough evaluation process for Talent Management programs, ensuring value delivery to both the business and talent.
  • Ensure streamlined talent management programs and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement aligned with business priorities and strategy.

Qualification:
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience as a Talent Management Manager for a Multinational for-profit organization (Commercial Asia Pacific/ASEAN experience preferred but not required); Or 5 Years as HRBP Manager dealing with Executives/Directors.
  • Minimum total 10 years’ experience managing Succession Planning. Top Talent Management, High Potential Talent Management & Development, Talent Management Programs execution either in Talent Management or HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Experience working in a Matrixed organization.
  • Deriving insights from multiple sources levering analytics to provide recommendations to business.
  • Coaching business leaders in engineering the development and career of their successors, top talent and high potential talent.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English (both languages required).
